The Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library is this year’s Grand Marshal to showcase the importance of storytelling. The library has long served as the heart of storytelling in the community, connecting us through books, traditions, and the joy of reading. Just as Christmas is filled with tales of wonder, kindness, and hope, the library reminds us that stories have the power to inspire, bring people together, and keep the magic alive year after year.
