In this class you will learn all the skills you need to create beautiful fondant cookies. 
A CHRISTMAS theme will be in order, but you will learn the skills to make any themed cookies for future celebrations. 
Cost: $120

Thursday 11th December 2025
6:30pm to 9:30pm  approx

Learn to: 
- Cover cookies in fondant (plain, ombre and marbled patterns)
- Use an embosser to add a pattern or greeting
- Use a debosser to add a pattern or greeting
- Use stencils to create a pretty pattern
- Apply gold/silver leaf 
- Paint with lustre dusts/chocolate polishes
- Attach sprinkles securely to your cookies
- Tips and tricks for cookie decorating

All materials, tools and cutters will be supplied for you to use during the class and you will have at least 8 beautifully completed cookies to take home and enjoy. 
(Tools & equipment remain the property of Caking Mad, however additional supplies are available for purchase after the class)

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starting time. Enclosed shoes are required. An apron will be provided.
