10.00 – 11.00am
Annette starts with the seed to growing the plant.
You will learn Identification, propagation, harvest leaves and flowers ready to create your own medicinal salve.
 
Plants we are looking at:
CALENDULA, COMFREY, PLANTAIN

11.00 to 12.00 Lunch (bring your own)

12.00 – 1.00pm Ann will continue your journey showing you how to create your medicinal calendula oil to calendula salve. Step by step process plus, explain what the medicinal properties are of this medicinal herb and why it’s a must have in anyone's garden and apothecary.

Finish at 1.00pm

1.15pm if you're still wanting more then you will be invited to stay behind with Annette and Ann who will briefly explain the variety of plants/herbs, seeds, books for sale. Books are on horticulture: growing identification, pest 
disease etc & herbs. Some salve will be available for sale as well, just till you get your own made at home.

Cash sales only starting at $2 for seeds, $4 for plants and $5 on a variety of herbs. $5 for 50gm of salve.
You get to take home information handouts and are free to join us at lunch and have a look around the garden.

Andrews Urban Farm spacious function room is airconditioned  for your comfort. 

Toilets and Tea & coffee facilities available. Please bring your own snack/lunch
