Support student health and learning by attending our FREE Optical Health Event in partnership with Wirt County Schools.
This two-day event is designed to provide students with access to comprehensive vision care, helping identify and address eye health needs early and remove barriers to care.
🧑🧑🧒 Parent & Guardian Information
✨ Parents and guardians do not need to attend the appointment. Students will be seen during the school day in coordination with school staff.
A report will be sent home with the student, outlining:
✔️ Services provided
✔️ Any findings
✔️ Next steps or recommendations, if applicable
Day 1: March 24th

Day 2: March 25th
⏰ 9AM - 4:30PM
🎒 High School and Absentee Students
📍 431 Mulberry St, Elizabeth, WV (Wirt County High School)

⭐️ Coplin Health Systems and Optical Academy are working directly with school administrators, teachers, and staff to bring this grant-supported service to students
⭐️ Home school students are eligible to participate
