5:30pm: Doors open (Option 1 access only)
6:00pm: 3 course dinner starts
8:30pm: General Admission access (Option 2)
9:00pm: Band commences

Sumac marinated prawns served with Feta, Pearl Cous Cous, Onion, Shredded Cos Lettuce, & a Citrus Greek Dressing finished with a Drizzle of Honey (GF)
Mains:
Roasted Turkey served with Roast Vegetable Medley, Broccolini, Gravy & a side of Cranberry Sauce (DF,GF)
Grilled Pork cutlet served with Garlic & Herb Roasted Kipfler Potatoes, Asparagus & Mushroom Sauce (GF)
Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon Fillet served with Mashed Potato, Bok Choy & Bearnaise Sauce (GF)

Traditional Plum Pudding served with Custard & Strawberries
