- **Event Description**: Plot Overview​:

Come From Away is based on the true story of the time when the isolated community of Gander, Newfoundland, played host to the world. What started as an average day in a small town turned into an international sleepover, when 38 planes, carrying thousands of people from around the globe, were diverted to Gander’s airstrip on September 11, 2001. Undaunted by culture clashes and language barriers, the people of Gander cheered the stranded travelers with music, an open bar and the recognition that we’re all part of a global family.​

Audition Dates:​

Sunday, June 28th, 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Monday, June 29th, 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Call Backs: Monday, July 6th 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Audition Requirements:

Prepare one 32 bar uptempo cut of a musical theater song in the style of the show. Please no selections from the show. An accompanist will be provided. If time allows, artists may be asked to perform scenes from the show.

Auditions are open to non union performers age 18 and older. Performers of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities and expressions, and performers living with disabilities are encouraged to audition. ALL ROLES ARE AVAILABLE. Understudy and Swing roles may be offered.
