We are running our deluxe mini-retreat that is all about RELAXING the body and mind. We use bolsters and props to help you get comfortable, great music and sound and guided meditation and mindfulness techniques along with BREATH awareness to help you get into your happy place.
Postures are gentle and suitable for most people so beginners are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. 
Just bring a yoga mat and water. Some people like to bring their own cushion and blanket to add to what we provide.
Doors open at 3pm and CLOSE at 3.15pm so please arrive on time to get settled.
We finish with some lovingly home made refreshments. ❤
The FIRST FIVE spaces will be at the early bird rate: $50 each. Then $55
