Whether you're a longtime choral singer, returning to singing after time away, or simply looking to build confidence in your voice, the Summer Singing Academy is a welcoming three-night experience designed to help singers grow, connect, and make music together.

Led by Music Director Andrew Lewis and members of the Elgin Master Chorale artistic staff, participants will explore vocal technique, musicianship, ensemble singing, and artistry in a supportive and engaging environment.

The Academy is open to singers of all experience levels and is a great opportunity to:
• Strengthen your vocal skills
• Improve music-reading and musicianship
• Sing alongside other passionate musicians
• Learn more about the Elgin Master Chorale
• Prepare for the upcoming audition season

No audition is required to participate.

Tuition: $50
Dates: August 18–20, 2026
Time: 6:30–9:00 PM
Location: Spartan Auditorium, Elgin Community College
