RAVI® 101 MASTERCLASS

Your guide to RAVI® weighted blankets, and integration into yoga practice, calming, meditation and more. Learn to use this specialized blanket as a prop to calm, ground, strengthen, stretch, support, focus, and breathe. Appropriate use in any style of yoga, from active vinyasa and flows, to slow and relaxing restorative yoga. This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels, including beginners.

Choose between workshop alone, or including your own RAVI® blanket ("yoga size", 8.5 lb). Additional RAVI® will also be available for purchase at a discounted rate.
Continuing Education (CE) credits available for certified yoga teachers by taking the additional RAVI Teacher Training module that follows from 4:00 -5:00 pm.
