This gong sound bath will have a large selection of paiste gongs both symphonic and planetary as well as  a wide variety of other instruments including singing bowls, chimes, drums and conch shell.
???Join us for a relaxing reset before the festive period and allow us to transport you on the sonic frequencies through different brainwaves from Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta. As you allow the gongs and sonic frequencies to quieten your minds chatter and transport you from your physical reality into a world of dreams, feelings and visions ???

As you will be lying down for 2 hrs your body temperature can drop so please take a futon, thick mat and warm blanket n pillow etc with you and a bottle of water.
