Fit & Strong! is designed to help you stay active, reduce pain, and maintain independence in a safe and welcoming group setting.

This 12 week program meets for 90 minutes per class and includes:
• 60 minutes of gentle, low-impact exercise focusing on flexibility, balance, aerobics, and strength
• 30 minutes of health education and group discussion to help build long-term healthy habits

You’ll learn arthritis-friendly movements, build strength and confidence at a gradual pace, and create a personalized activity plan to continue your progress after the program ends.
