Main - Bourbon maple smoked pork loin with trinity salsa & cracklins, Dirty rice, Local greens with garlic, Cast iron creamer peas with bacon, Cornbread & honey butter

Dessert - TBD

Tickets are $55 each and include salad, main course and dessert. Doors open at 6:30 and we sit for dinner together at 7:00pm. Reserve your seat by purchasing a ticket online. Bar will be open with specialty cocktails, wine pairings and cold beers. Drinks sold separately at the event. Dietary accommodations will be made with advance notice.
