Adult (18 & above) $60
Adult member  $50
Youth (6-17) $5 per child with $15 limit
Youth 5 and under are free

We have three rentable cabins that are first come first serve. CABINS ARE SOLD OUT 4/22/26 
Two of them have kitchenettes ($350 for weekend), one of the three is connected via walk way to the bath house, this one does not have a kitchenette ($300 for weekend).
There are also RV hookups with no sewage drain (There is one in Elgin which is a short drive from site) these electrical outlets will be available if you are tenting this year. ($15, contact event steward if electric needed for medical purposes)

Bardic Blades is a relaxed camping event, most activities are at will of marshals and participants. The only “scheduled” events are the Golden apple shoot on Saturday, and the Bardic competition on Saturday

Everyday
Breads - Focaccia (Honey + dates & Garlic + Herb),  Wheat Village bread, Forms of sourdough
Spreads - Hummus, Honey, Fruit preserves, Butter (Herb, Date Paste, Plain)
Drinks - Coffee, Tea (Plain black, Mint, Fruit of some sort), Gatorade mix - Light blue

Thursday
Brunch - Scrambled eggs, Toast
Dinner - Cheese sticks, Pasta, Sauce (of the tomato variety), feta and olives as a side

Friday
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, Pancakes, Bacon, Oatmeal packets
Lunch Day board - Fruit, Veggies, Cheese, Olive board, Spreads n breads, Meat (TBD what types)
Dinner - Chicken Meatballs, Rice and Quinoa mix, Mediterranean salad 

Saturday
Breakfast - Quiche (Cheese and Veggie and cheese), Hashbrowns, Sausage, Oatmeal packets
Lunch Day board - Fruit, Veggies, Cheese, Olive board, Spreads n breads, Meat (TBD what types)
Dinner - POTLUCK, Marinated chicken and beef kebabs supplied by shire
We do ask people clean up their potluck items if they cannot be left out

Due to sites’ remote location, there are no payphones, but there is a local phone in the main hall. Cell Service is spotty at best on site, but there is WiFi in the main hall.
