**Rugby 101: Introduction to Rugby with Basic Skills, Fundamentals, and Strategy**
Get ready for a week of fun, fitness, and rugby! In *Rugby 101*, kids will learn the essential skills, rules, and strategies of rugby through engaging mini-games, hands-on instruction, and team activities led by experienced local rugby coaches. This camp is perfect for boys and girls in 1st through 8th grade who are new to rugby or want to build a solid foundation in the sport.
Throughout the week, participants will:
- Develop basic rugby skills like passing, catching, running, and teamwork.
- Learn key rugby terminology and understand the rules of the game.
- Practice in a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages growth and confidence.
The camp culminates in a friendly, small-sided game of two-hand touch rugby, where kids can put their new skills and knowledge to the test!
Whether your child is curious about rugby or eager to try a new sport, this is the perfect opportunity to learn, play, and have a blast.

For Boys and girls, 1st to 8th grade
No experience or equipment needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a love for play!
There is a $5 deposit for this camp. If you attend the camp, you will be refunded your deposit.
