Join Taylor, over 1,000 hour internationally licensed instructor + owner of Lake Ozark Yoga & Pilates, at Bloom Event House for an evening of joy + connection. This is your permission slip to come play.

We’ll begin with an uplifting palo santo smudge to cleanse the space and invite in light energy, transitioning into a rich community cacao ceremony — sipping, setting intentions, and opening our hearts.

Cacao before partner yoga creates a softer landing into connection. 🤎

Ceremonial cacao is known for its gentle, heart-opening qualities — helping you feel more present, grounded, and emotionally available. When you move into partner work after sipping cacao, it can feel easier to trust, communicate, laugh, and truly connect.

It shifts the energy from “performing poses” to sharing an experience.

Together we’ll roll into all-levels partner yoga + feel-good hands on adjustments — learning how to support, lean, balance, and trust. It’s less “perfect pose” and more “oops, we tried” energy. Expect high fives and lots of laughs.

And yes… we’re flying a little. ✨ Acro yoga brings the playful spark — light lifts, teamwork, and that childlike joy of doing something you didn’t think you could.
