The Pea River Punisher

The Punisher is a Solo Kayak or canoe race on Pea River in south Alabama! There will be a Hobby boat class male and female and a Surf Ski class male and female! We will meet up at Veterans Memorial bridge at 8am! Boats will b staged by the river for a running start race! Expect atleast 1 portage Class 1 and Class 2 rapids possible log jams and low water conditions! There will be a check point at Hwy 167! There is access at Coffee County Road 147(snellgrove), Hwy 167 and County Rd 248 (weeks bridge)for crews to resupply racers w water or snacks! The finish line will b at the boat ramp in Elba Al!
