Join yoga classes and more, by donation during our Pop-Up 2025 event series as we get ready for the opening of our flagship LA Center for Live Your Best Life!
Cultivate and deepen your asana practice with one hour sessions, ending with guided meditation for balancing the elements and relaxation.
Lea will guide you to explore the energy of yoga postures, the power of breath, and the joy of movement and stillness. Alignment principles offer inner and outer shifts, leaving you feeling clear and revitalized, both "on and off the mat."
Please bring your yoga mat and your water bottle. We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.
Remember not to eat a full meal before yoga practice and wear clothes that move and breathe easily. Natural fabrics are suggested.
