- **Event Description**: You're invited to join our upcoming classes on The Foundation of All Good Qualities, Lama Tsongkhapa's beautiful fourteen-stanza prayer that presents the entire Buddhist path to awakening in a clear step-by-step form. 

Each stanza is a prayer for the quality needed on the path. This Lamrim guides us from the beginning of practice to full awakening. 

The stanzas will help us reflect on:
* Finding wise spiritual guidance 
* Recognizing the value and impermanence of life
* Understanding karma and living ethically
* Developing renunciation from samsara
* Cultivating compassion and bodhicitta
* Developing concentration and insight
* Experiencing complete awakening

In class we will discuss each stanza and how it applies to the challenges and opportunities of daily life. We will also have reflection after each stanza. This class is open to newcomers and experienced practitioners. The Foundation of All Good Qualities is included in the CTBCC's prayer book.
