- Community mural (spots first-come-first serve)
Rules:
Registration is free; Pre-registration recommended. To be eligible for prizes, artists must register by 9/6 at 12:00pm and drawings must be completed by 3:00pm. Participants may bring their own chalk, stencils, and tools as desired. Front Street Creamery is not responsible for damage to personal property.
Awards available for winners in each category. A panel of judges will vote on winners. Winner announcements will be posted on the windows at Front Street Creamery (21 East Front Street).
Categories for Winners
* Best use of a blemish. How will you work with the cracks, crumbles, and imperfections?
* Trompe l’oeil This style of drawing utilizes 3D drawing techniques. Can you fool our eyes with a cool optical illusion?
* Rock n Roll On theme with Corn Festival 2025, show us your King-worthy Elvis or Rock n Roll illustrations.
* People’s Choice The public will vote! Voting in this category continues until Sunday at 12 noon.
* Young Artist Best square by an artist under 12 years old
