Warmly welcome to step into your full potential with a powerful tool for healing, guidance and grounding. The drum calls you into your aligned path!
During the weekend you will build your power drum, and you will receive coaching & guidance in your own shadows, which stand between you & your power!
ABOUT THE COURSE
This is a drum building course not only for anyone who wants to build their own drum but also for those of you who want to further develop your current work with the drum as a tool.
In this course you will receive guidance in building and creating your own drum but also help in creating a deep contact and trust in the continued journey that you will make together after the course is finished.
Building your own drum for Mouschka is more than learning a historical craft. It is a process and the beginning of a journey to integrate with your full power. The course will give you the opportunity to meet and let your inner power rise through you so that you can finally stand and act from it fully.
The drum is seen as the mirror of you and the power that you are willing to stand and act in. The drum is its own; it can be seen as its own being with its own power and intelligence. Your drum will always know where you are going as long as you follow and work with it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Leather & frame and 2 crystals included to build your own drum and felt for a drumstick (you are asked to find a stick in the forest yourself)
- You will be able to build a drum between 25-45 cm
- Preparations to soak your leather
- Drum journey to find the power animals and power symbols that want to pass through the drum
- Engraving of your power symbols in the inner frame of your drum
- Tutorial to build your drum and weave in your chosen crystals
- Learn to make your own drumstick
- Meditation to connect with the crystals that want to pass through the drum
- Ceremony to consecrate your drum and your continued power journey together
- Everyday there are meditations and/or check-ins and check-outs in the form of sharings
- Mouschka assists you with coaching around any feelings that may arise during the trip
- Tea, coffee, snacks, lunch
If sleep over is booked, also included:
- 4 nights in a shared 2 persons bedroom in a 4 persons cabin with shower & toilet
- Breakfast, dinner (vegetarian)
- Bedsheets & towels, cleaning

Thursday April 23': 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
You get to choose your frame and soak your skin.
A drum journey will be held where you will promise to find your power symbols and helpers that are linked to your drum.
Friday April 24': 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Engraving your power symbols in your frame
Cut your strips for your drum
Saturday April 25': 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Big Drum Builder's Day
Learn to tie and weave your crystals into the drum
Sunday April 26': 10:00 AM - approx. 5:00 PM (when you are finished)
Finish your drum and create your own drumstick
An inauguration ceremony will be held for you and your drum
DIAGNOSES, etc.
All workshops are free from drugs and alcohol. Participants who are taking medication or have diagnoses please inform Mouschka to ensure safe and supportive guidance.
COURSE FEE: 5.900 Sek p.p.

COURSE FEE WITH STAY OVER: 7.990 Sek p.p.
The price is based on 2 persons per room, Thursday till Monday
Dinners and breakfast included.
Single room extra 1.000 Sek (only a few available).
Ask for the prices if you come with your own camper/caravan.
Only 5 places so registration is on a first come & paid, first served basis.

- Comfortable clothes as we work a lot on the floor
- Notebook to take notes of your journey
- 2 large (dark) towels, which can get wet & smell a little of leather

About Mouschka
Mouschka holds a master’s in French poscolonial identity, is a therapeutic Life Coach since 2007, and has led drum journeys across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden since 2013. Founder of Mahalaya Center in Gothenburg, she brings 28 years of personal growth and ceremonial experience. She guides participants to trust their inner voice, access their center of power, and release limiting beliefs.
All workshops are drug- and alcohol-free. Participants taking medications or with diagnoses are asked to inform Mouschka to ensure safe and supportive guidance.
