For us a medicine, a companion and a teacher.Who it is forEveryone is welcome. No experience with meditation or tea is needed. We take you through it step by step. Bring your curiosity and a little patience, the rest happens by itself.Your hostsTanya (@zlovet) and Jasper (@alivebytea). More about them in the lineup below.PracticalWear something comfortable for sitting cross-legged on the floor. We'll bring some cushions, but not quite enough for everyone, so it helps if you can bring your own. Some chairs are available too. Please go easy on perfume, so our senses can stay with the tea.Eat something light beforehand, as strong tea on an empty stomach can be a lot.Come a little early so we can begin together. This ceremony goes ahead with a minimum of 12 participants.
