For most of us, the ongoing worldwide pandemic has added an increasing amount of stress to our daily lives. Mindfulness can help in coping with stress and building resilience. Have you always been curious about what mindfulness can do for you? If not, give it a try for a couple of weeks! Do you struggle to stay motivated during this #stayhome period? Start your day with us, and we can support you to reduce your stress and increase your focus and motivation.
HR, TINT, and Enter the Now have together developed a mindfulness program for everyone. Though the sessions are meant as an introduction to mindfulness for beginners and to help them make their practice a regularity, anyone is welcome to join. The program will help you start your day more grounded and focussed.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 8:45, a 30-minute morning session will be guided by one of the two guides of this program. Each session consists of a relaxed start and a mindfulness meditation exercise of about 10 minutes. In the end, there will always be room for sharing tips, tricks, and experiences that can inspire you to have a relaxed and productive working day.
