Winter Solstice Ecstatic Dance

Welcome winter with joyful dance!

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance where music guides movement and expression. The emphasis is on letting go, moving freely, and connecting with the music, rather than on specific choreography or skill level. You don't have to be good at dancing to participate! You do have to be willing to follow the group agreements set in place by the facilitators at the beginning of the dance. Agreements include no drugs or alcohol and no conversation on the dance floor. At the end, we enjoy a short sound healing session together as well as tea, snacks and conversation.

This is a 13+ event. We love the all-ages events, but we want to have some dances with less distractions.

This is a donation based event. Suggested donation is $10-$20.
