- **Event Description**: Join Dr. April Ritz, PT, DPT and her team to learn the best ways to prep for your upcoming labor and delivery with this 5 hour class! She is obstetric certified in pregnancy, intrapartum, and postpartum support. This is not the standard hospital class! (We still recommend you take those though.) This class is for moms that are wanting a vaginal delivery and not sure if they want an epidural or physiologic birth. This class is great if you are going for a VBAC. Please bring your husband or support partner. Topics covered will be listed under the discussion in a post! April has had a Csection, induced vbac, and a physiologic home birth. Between her education and personal experience, she has a lot of knowledge to share to empower your birth! Knowledge and mindset are key when it comes to great experiences for labor and delivery. Class is $200 (for you and one support person) and will be limited to 15 couples. Class is free for those enrolled in the Pregnancy and Postpartum Membership.
