Postpartum Rehab & Recovery

Join Dr. April Ritz, PT, DPT to learn all about the 4th Trimester and what you should know about this period! April is a pelvic floor and obstetric physical therapist and will discuss all the topics that are not typically addressed or talked about. She will cover normal bladder and bowel health postpartum, some basic exercises, symptoms and tips to help with diastasis rectus abdominus, pelvic organ prolapse, perineal tearing, and Csection scars. Other topics covered include returning to sex and exercise postpartum, postpartum depression and much more. This is a 2 hour class with Q&A throughout! Class is geared towards moms that are pregnant or 0-6 months postpartum.
