Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga combines rhythmic movement, intentional breathing, mudras, and meditation to elevate energy, strengthen the nervous system, and deepen inner awareness. This winter, we’ll work with one specific kriya—Surya Kriya—to build consistency, stability, and a steady inner fire during the colder months. Class includes take-home notes to continue practice on your own.

Cost: $15 or class pass

You’re welcome to stay afterward for our donation-based Kirtan Circle at 6:15 — a heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting.
