Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the Edwardsville Children’s Museum Winter Wonderland Open House! Your family can depart ECM’s Nickel Plate Station for a frosty and festive journey to the North Pole, including a special visit with Santa Claus himself!

The Winter Wonderland event includes special holiday-themed activities throughout the day:

•	Get your wish list ready! Santa arrives by firetruck at 1 p.m. and will be available for photos until 4 p.m.
•	Explore the returning “Into the Arctic” exhibit to ride a dog sled and try ice-fishing – all without the subzero temperatures.
•	Take a train ride aboard the Holiday Express.
•	Visit the Nickel Plate Station mailbox to write and mail a holiday letter to the North Pole.
•	Enjoy free cookies and stop by the hot cocoa and coffee truck or the pretzel tent to purchase some delicious beverages and snacks!

Experience the joy and magic of the season at this must-visit holiday destination! For more information, call 618.692.2094. Admission to the museum is not included in this free event at the Nickel Plate Station. 

Parking is available anywhere on the Lewis & Clark campus,  on Hale St. behind the Museum, or at the Leclaire Field.
