The Tri-State Steam Excursion is a steam-powered, round-trip, summer train ride from Edon, Ohio, through Northeast Indiana, and into Southeastern Michigan for a three-hour layover in the historic downtown of Hillsdale on Saturday and Sunday.

All trains include open vestibules and our open-air souvenir car, John H. Emery.

This event is a fundraiser operated by the volunteers of the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society. Your patronage supports our ongoing rail preservation and community enrichment efforts.

THE OFFERINGS

Deluxe Coach, Open Window, First Class, and Pullman Class tickets are available for this excursion. Children three years of age and younger who do not occupy a seat ride free in Deluxe Coach only.

Select First Class tickets include complimentary coffee, light refreshments, and a continental breakfast. Additional amenities are included where listed. A cash bar is available for responsible guests 21 or older. All tickets are priced individually unless indicated otherwise.

Guests riding in Pullman Class aboard the Kitchi Gammi Club will enjoy a Pullman breakfast prepared and served on board by our executive chef.

All tickets are individually priced unless specifically referenced or otherwise marked as Couples, Table, Couch, Suite, etc. ADA-specific seats are available in Deluxe Coach only.

Children three years of age and younger who do not occupy a seat ride free. We do not count children under the age of three towards seat counts at tables, so guests will be responsible for ensuring there is appropriate lap space and room for their infants.
