Combining functional movements with high-energy intervals, this workout will leave you feeling accomplished and wanting more. 🩸 Final Girl Conditioning 3:00 PM Instructor: Brett Inspired by the resilience of horror’s legendary final survivors, this functional strength and conditioning class builds power, agility, and endurance. Expect a motivating workout that pushes you while remaining accessible to a variety of fitness levels. ⚰️ Pilates from the Crypt 5:00 PM Instructor: Lindsey Strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build stability in this gothic-inspired mat Pilates class. Set against an immersive Halloween backdrop, this low-impact session combines mindful movement with spooky atmosphere. 🧘 Haunted Yoga 7:00 PM Instructor: Holly Close out the evening with a relaxing candlelit yoga flow surrounded by eerie lighting, haunting music, and atmospheric décor.
