Access the power of embodied sound and breath to release stress, shift your mood, connect in community and heal yourself in body mind and spirit.
 
First, sing your heart in with circle songs and sacred mantra in kirtan style. Kirtan is a call-and-response group singing experience from the tradition of Bhakti yoga. We sound together in prayerful chant to create compassion, joy, peace and connection. No experience necessary!
 
Then integrate your experience with a receptive sound journey. Be bathed in healing sound of channelled voice, handpan, singing bowls, and gong while resting deeply in a restorative savasana pose.
 
When used intentionally, chanting and soundbath can clear blockages and support your relaxation response so you can get out of your own way and allow the wisdom of your body-mind to help you transform and heal.
 
Resonate, release stagnation, receive inspiration and align your body and soul with your fullest vibration.
