# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Tipsy Paint Edmonton: "Violet" – Mimi’s Pub – Oct 1, 7pm
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 01 Oct, 2026 at 07:00 pm (-06:00)
- **Event Description**: 🎨 A brand-new Tipsy Paint experience is making its debut at Mimi’s Pub.

This is your first chance ever to paint “Violet” — a brand-new creation by Bobbi Scheelar that has never been featured at a Tipsy Paint event before.

Come be part of the very first group to bring Violet to life.
Throughout the evening, Bobbi will guide you step by step as you create the soft moody background, bright orange pumpkin, dramatic black wings, oversized purple eyes, and the mischievous little bat peeking out from behind it.

Never painted before? Perfect.

With an art degree, 40 years of artistic experience, and more than 10 years of teaching, Bobbi knows how to help complete beginners create something they’re genuinely proud to carry home—without turning the evening into a stiff, serious art class.

She’ll demonstrate each stage of the painting, offer hands-on help when you need it, and give you the freedom to add your own personality along the way. Make Violet spooky, cute, weird, dramatic—or a little bit of everything. Your version does not need to look exactly like anyone else’s.

Everything you need is included:
A 16 × 20 canvas
Paints, brushes, easel, and supplies
Step-by-step instruction from an experienced artist
Hands-on guidance throughout the evening
Your completed painting to take home

Mimi’s full food and drink menu will be available throughout the event, so grab a drink, order something to eat, enjoy the music, and spend the evening bringing Violet to life.

Special ticket packages are also available for two or four guests and include a bottle of red or white wine.

Bring your friends, your partner, your coworkers, or anyone who could use a fun night out with a little Halloween energy.

This painting has never been done before. Once Violet makes her debut, you’ll be able to say you were there for the very first one.

You may arrive convinced that you cannot paint.

You’ll leave carrying proof that you can. 🖼️
