The Offering is an intimate, candlelit dining experience that explores contrast, restraint, and ritual through a seven-course tasting menu. Inspired by Nyx: the primordial goddess of night. The evening unfolds slowly, guided by firelight, shadow, and carefully composed plates.
This is not a traditional dinner service. Courses are paced intentionally, flavors deepen as the evening progresses, and guests are invited to surrender to the rhythm of the table.
Each dish is designed to stand on its own while contributing to a larger arc, moving from brightness into richness, and finally into sweetness. Pairings, when chosen, are crafted to enhance rather than overwhelm, served in restrained pours that honor clarity and balance.
