Many women begin noticing changes in their late 30s or 40s, mood shifts, sleep disruption, anxiety, brain fog, cycle changes, yet are told everything looks “normal.” This film gives language to those experiences and helps connect the dots.The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause brings together lived experiences, expert insight, and evidence-based information to challenge outdated narratives around women’s midlife health. It’s not about fear or fixing women. It’s about understanding what’s happening, feeling validated, and knowing there are options.This screening is hosted by , one of Edmonton’s leading naturopathic clinics, led by , ND.
