A 90-minute trauma-informed yoga workshop designed to support nervous system literacy, capacity, and embodied awareness through intentional movement, personal biomechanics, mindful breath, and presence.

Weaving together Ashtanga Vinyasa and Somatic Embodiment Yoga, this practice invites you to explore movement with curiosity rather than expectation — creating space to notice, respond, and connect more deeply with your body.

Created for curious yoga practitioners and yoga teachers seeking a deeper, more compassionate approach to movement. You do not need to be a yoga teacher or have an advanced practice to attend.
