Our therapist and practitioners invite everyone to settle in and reflect on the journaling prompt: “Tonight, I release…”. Guests write their intentions on their Reflection Card to carry with them throughout the evening.?: 06:30 PM - 07:00 PMSkin & Senses Ritual: Mask application, sensory awareness, and brInfo: Our Skin Specialist introduces the mask chosen for the evening, sharing its benefits and how sensory skincare deepens the connection between ritual and well-being. Guests are guided through the mindful application of their mask and invited to recline.
As the mask works, the therapist leads a gentle breathwork sequence to encourage grounding, presence, and emotional release. This creates a meditative bridge between skincare and inner calm.
