Performing more than 150 shows each year, Hewitt draws on the traditions of Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and Neil Young while crafting songs that are unmistakably his own, blending folk, rock, and poetic prairie storytelling.Whether performing solo or with his band, The New Americans, Hewitt delivers performances filled with rich harmonies, sharp lyrics, and disarming humour. It's an evening of heartfelt songs, memorable stories, and the kind of authentic connection that defines great folk music.Warming up the stage for John will be Addison Wall.Addison Wall is an Edmonton-based singer-songwriter whose music draws equally from early swing and blues, folk storytelling, and modern roots music.
