- **Event Description**: Dr. Gill’s Postpartum Rehab Exercise Class is built to help moms reconnect with their strength, rebuild confidence in movement, and feel more like themselves after birth. This program fills a major gap in postpartum care by offering both a personalized assessment and guided, progressive rehab in a supportive small-group setting.

What’s Included:

- A one-on-one movement screen with Dr. Gill (must be booked for July 9)

- 8 one-hour group exercise classes over four weeks (Classes start July 14 and run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am – 11:30am)

A structured program built around the four pillars of Postpartum Rehab:
• Breathwork
• Postural protocol
• Core & pelvic floor function
• Glute strengthening

Program Cost:
The full program is $320, paid up front at your assessment.
After each class, you’ll receive a $40 receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider under a chiropractic session.
Please note: Direct billing is not available for this program.
