The North Star Workshop is a strategy session for people who are tired of starting strong and losing momentum. It helps you create one clear guiding anchor (your North Star) that makes decisions easier, keeps motivation from fading, and turns the changes you want into changes you actually carry through all year.

What is a "North Star" Workshop?

When we are navigating changes, it's like we are exploring new terrain. There are unknown obstacles, twists, and turns. Change is going to have hard moments that make you feel lost and overwhelmed.

In those moments is when we pause and look towards our North Star... the guiding light that shows us the way and encourages us to get back on our feet.

This workshop is not about forcing change. It is about creating clarity, confidence, and a grounded way to move forward that actually fits your real life.

What to Expect

In this interactive 4 hour session, you will:

What really matters enough to guide your choices all year?

🚩Determine where your destination is (where do you want to go?)

What does success actually look like for you by the end of the year?

📖 Write the story of the journey ahead (how do you want the story to be told?)

How do you want to show up and move through challenges along the way?

🗺 Design structures to help with implementation (how will this work in real life?)

What simple systems will help you follow through when motivation fades?

🪧 Set up reminders to keep you motivated (what brings you back on track?)

What will pull you back to your North Star when you drift or get distracted?
