The Lion’s Gate Portal has long been associated with manifestation, courage, purpose, abundance, and stepping into the next version of yourself with more clarity and confidence. It is a day to pause, listen, clear what has been weighing you down, and choose what you are ready to call into your life with intention.

This day retreat is your invitation to do exactly that.

Join Trista and Kristine for a deeply nourishing and intentional Lion’s Gate Portal experience created to help you restore your energy, clear what feels heavy, and open yourself to what is ready to be created.

This year, our day will be centered around the wisdom of the 5 elements.

Earth. Water. Fire. Air. Spirit.

Throughout the day, we will move through these elements as a way of preparing the body, heart, mind, and energy for potent manifestation. Because manifestation is not only about what you want. It is also about becoming clear enough, grounded enough, open enough, and available enough to receive it.

Earth will help us land, ground, and feel supported.
Water will help us soften, release, and reconnect with flow.
Fire will help us clear, activate, and remember our own power.
Air will help us open the breath, voice, and vision.
Spirit will help us connect to intuition, intention, and the unseen threads guiding us forward.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through practices that support both deep rest and powerful intention setting. We will work with smoke clearing, mantra, sound, rhythm, reflection, creativity, elemental connection, and Yoga Nidra to help you enter deeper states of relaxation and receptivity.

This retreat is not about trying force you into your next chapter, it is about making way for what is trying to unfold within you. It is about clearing, opening and softening to all that is possible and preparing the body, heart, and mind to receive it.

Together, under the August sky, we will bring together the elements, the practices, the clearing, the rest, the sound, and the energy of the day to name what we are ready to welcome, what we are ready to release, and what we are ready to become available for.
