ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Lisa Chirio, a long time resident of Edmonton, mum,  Cairns Art Society committee member, and I LOVE creating art. 

I'm a Critical Care trained nurse and university educator by profession, but chronic illness lead me to trade my scrubs for art supplies. 

I CREATED A STUDIO
I've loved being creative since I was a kid and have indulged in so many art and craft forms.  I opened my home studio six years ago to share my love and passion for all things creative.  I've hosted up to 6 classes per week in my studio.  This year I'm offering two kids classes and two adults classes. 

MIXED MEDIA WORKSHOPS
In my workshops the kids will be introduced to mixed media and a vast array of techniques to create an artwork in their journal. 
At the end of each term we create a special project that may include clay, mosaics, macrame, sewing, and so much more. 
No extra cost to you for these extra projects. 
I also have a studio assistant to help in the classes so the kids can receive as much help as possible.
