Kefcon returns for its 10th anniversary and for this year we’re stepping things up and changing a few things to celebrate this milestone! Kefcon was started in 2015, and here we are 11 years later ready to enjoy another weekend of great gaming and good times.

The theme of this year is Adventure!! Along with everything that goes with it, pirates, campaigns, ancient civilizations, the Mediterranean, anything that goes with theme. But we try to schedule games that fit that theme as always! Hence the name, X marks the spot! 

Convention times are:
Thursday 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am -  11:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 11:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

One of the changes this year is we’re shutting down an hour earlier instead of going to midnight as often we don’t get out of the hall till 1 am! With enough time to sleep for 5 hours before we’re back again. Lol 

The other big test is we’re adding on an extra day of gaming! So the event will now begin on Thursday! That’s another 11 hours of gaming to enjoy!

The biggest change is we moved hosting platforms from Warhorn to try out Cardboard Connect. Primarily this was done to make it easy for attendees to list and host their own games. Kefcon is stepping away slightly from having 9 tables of hosted gaming happening at all times. This model simple wasn’t sustainable and folks get worn out after a few days let alone 4 days! So we’re opening the evening and the tables to make room for attendees to host their own favorites! We’re hoping you’ll support us in this shift. As of this writing we have around 58 games scheduled with a bunch more to be added as per usual. 

Note: As we try to figure out the new platform attendee scheduled games won’t be listed until next weekend. We want to make sure our own schedule is stable so we’re not amending the schedule 100 times to begin with. We will send an update when it’s good to go. 

For the first time we’ll have some play to win games folks can enjoy and we’ll do the draws on Sunday!
