About this Event

The “Budgeting & Reporting” Conference is a practical and interactive two-day learning experience focused on strengthening budgeting and reporting practices across Indigenous organizations. Designed for program managers, finance managers, and directors, this conference brings together experienced facilitators and peers to explore how strong budgeting and reporting processes can support effective programs, funding accountability, and informed decision-making. 

Key session themes include developing realistic budgets, linking budgets to program goals, navigating common challenges, understanding reporting timelines and requirements, and completing ISC financial reports with confidence. Through real-life examples, hands-on activities, and peer discussion, participants will gain tools, strategies, and confidence they can immediately apply in their own communities.
