You’ll experience moments of reflection, inspiration, and connection that remind you of your own power to shape the year ahead.

Expect a blend of grounding practices, energetic healing practices, remedy creation, nourishing conversations, and experiences that awaken your creativity and inner wisdom. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, more focused, and deeply aligned with the woman you’re becoming  ready to write the next chapter of your life with confidence and heart.

Together, we honor your journey through the past year—what strengthened you, what shaped you, and what you’re finally ready to release. This is the turning of the page, the conscious letting-go.

Energetic Unburdening  and Group Healing Session
A restorative healing experience supports you as you dissolve old stories, heavy emotions, and subtle energetic patterns that no longer serve who you’re becoming. Sound healing, restorative yoga and energy work assist with the letting go.

Nourishing Lunch + Soulful Connection
We share a warm, grounding meal surrounded by supportive conversation and gentle community. Burrito Bowl Buffet with allergens in mind. 

Creative Altar Making: Crafting Symbols for 2026
You’ll create a small personal altar composed of several meaningful items—aromatics, natural elements, charms, or crafted pieces—that reflect the energy, intentions, and qualities you’re calling into 2026.
