This Halloween Eve, we’re getting curious about fear, anticipation, adrenaline and the nervous system.

We’ll begin with a short, playful exploration of what happens in the body when we experience suspense, uncertainty and activation, then move into a guided Somatic Dance practice designed to explore sensation, contraction, expansion, expression and movement.

From there, we’ll slowly make our way back down to the earth for a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, giving the body the opportunity to move from activation toward stillness and rest.

Think dark room, moody music, movement, curiosity and a little Halloween weirdness.

We’ll finish the evening together with warm apple cider before heading back out into the night.

No need to be a dancer. No need to be “good” at yoga. Just come curious.
