For our main course, we’ll be making Moussaka—a beloved Greek dish of layered aubergine, spiced lamb and béchamel—served with Horta Vrasta: seasonal greens simply boiled and dressed with olive oil and lemon. We’ll finish with Greek yoghurt topped with walnuts and honey, the perfect sweet end to our weeknight feast.
