# Event Details - **Event Name**: Full Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony - **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 28 Oct, 2026 at 06:30 pm – Wed, 28 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 pm (-06:00) - **Event Description**: Join us for our Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony.About this EventReturn to the Heart: Full Moon Sound Bath & Cacao CeremonyThere are moments when we are invited to slow down.To step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with ourselves and listen to what has been quietly asking for our attention.Held under the energy of the Full Moon, this Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony is an invitation to gather in an intentional space for reflection, connection and release. The Full Moon represents illumination and completion. It can be a beautiful time to acknowledge what has come to the surface, celebrate how far we have travelled, and create space for what we are ready to welcome next.We will begin our evening by arriving together, grounding into the body and setting an intention for our practice. From there, we will share ceremonial cacao.Cacao has been used ceremonially for generations and is often associated with connection, presence and the heart. We will drink our cacao slowly and intentionally, allowing ourselves time to notice what arises when we become still enough to listen. There is nothing you need to force, achieve or figure out.Simply arrive as you are. After our cacao ceremony, you will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and receive an extended Sound Bath.Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes and other instruments will create layers of sound and vibration as you rest.Rather than asking the mind to become completely quiet, we allow sound to become something for our awareness to rest upon.A space to breathe.A space to soften.A space to simply be.Together, cacao, meditation and sound create an opportunity to move away from the constant doing of everyday life and into a more receptive state of listening and presence. We will close our evening gently with time for integration, reflection and connection before returning to the world outside. No previous experience with meditation, cacao ceremonies or sound baths is needed.Come exactly as you are.The experience is approximately 90 minutes.Attendees to Bring:Please wear comfortable clothingA yoga matA blanketWarm layersA pillow or bolster if you would like additional comfortA small drinking vessel for your cacao, such as a mug, mason jar or small reusable cupWaterA journal, if you feel called to write afterwardsDuring this experience, botanical essences, aromatic sprays and essential oils may also be incorporated into the space.
