When we don’t feel safe to share our truth, we shut down. We protect.

We react from pain instead of responding from love.

This event is for those who are ready to break that pattern.This is not a lecture.

This is a guided, experiential workshop where you will practice new patterns of connection, gently and safely.

You don’t need previous personal development experience.
