About the Facilitator, Dagmar Sanchez:

Dagmar's journey into sound healing is deeply personal, built from a dedicated practice, research, and learning from other sound healing practitioners. Her approach is rooted in her own experiences and transformative discoveries. As someone who has walked the path of healing herself, Dagmar understands the challenges and growth that come with stepping into this space.

Her practice draws from a rich background in holistic traditions such as yoga, tantra, Reiki, trauma-informed care, trauma release work, and body movement. Over the past few years, she has shaped a unique sound bath practice, one that is grounded, compassionate, and ethical.
