Bianka and Daniel founded the winery in 2012. They are based in Wonnegau in the south Rheinhessen, centered in Flörsheim-Dalsheim. Their philosophy is to be in total harmony with Mother Nature. This means biodynamic farming, no chemicals, low intervention. They are one of only 80 producers in Germany to be Demeter certified. They work with amphorae as well as used oak barrels and release a ‘Natur’ line that contains no added sulphur. No rush in the cellar: time is important for the wine to reach its full potential.
This is your chance to meet the winemaker. Bianka will be here for a casual and informative sip and chat tasting. Pop in anytime between 2-4pm and be the first to taste through her amazing lineup of wines, hear her stories, and ask her all the questions!
