- **Event Description**: Contact Improvisation is a social dance that emerged in the 60’s based on finding improvised ways to dance solo, in duets, and with a group. It is a very relaxing and yet physical method that uses intuition, reflexes, and spontaneous fun in a safe and respectful environment. We will be using a guided, structured warmup exercises, followed by time to practice and improvise (jam), and dancers work at their own level.
